It’s Múm week… “It’s just a love song with fish”

Mum How wonderful, a whole week of that excellent and tasteful drowned in sound website looked after by the members of Múm. All this, of course, is building towards their much anticipated new album, "Sing Along To Songs You Don't Know" which you can and should pre-order from here.

Added on August 11th, track by track feature on the new album includes the fabulous quote, "The lyrics aren't as strange as some might think, it's just a love song with fish."

Wednesday's update, Orvar's playlist, "Songs To Drown In A Lake To" featuring many things of beauty including Slowblow's incredible cover version of Brothers In Arms.

And Thursday… the week gets odder and it gets better. This time, Orvar interviews Brazilian soccer legend Socrates.

And for Friday they've added something that sounds very helpful – I'm sure a lot of us have had the problem of how to spend a rainy day in Reykjavik, and now Múm have given a list of ten things (with ten helpful polaroid photos) to pass those wet afternoons right here.
