Just a quick update to the exciting story posted last week that QPR had signed an Icelandic player – like a combination of two of my favourite things. This was followed by the horror of uncertaintly, he didn't appear in the two games since he was announced. Had we been lied to? Was I the victim of the cruellest possible joke? The rumours were that he was injured, that he had turned down the contract terms at the last minute, that he was to sign instead for London rivals Charlton (who we beat 2-1 last night – HA!).

Anyway, whatever the truth. A new article appeared tonight on the official website, with words and a  picture of him, at our ground. Surely, it is true…this time.
